Hailing from central Illinois, Deep Space Radio has been recording and performing in the local music scene since 2019.
With a sound reminiscent of 90’s alt rock paired with a confluence of folk and psychedelic jazz, DSR is as at home on the big stage as it is in more intimate acoustic settings.
Fueled by the musings of author/singer/songwriter Trenton C. Widmer and brought to life in part by local music scene veterans Jake Brasher (TJ Brown, Dove Lane) on guitar, Dave Zerwer (One Less Titan) on drums and Bob Thiemann (TJ Brown, United Groove Theory, Revis) on bass. DSR is primed to deliver the rock to an ever growing and loyal fanbase locally and abroad.
